We booked for our anniversary and noted it on the booking but no one acknowledged that. Service was initially slow and then very functional. Far too much focus on clearing plates from the table. No attempt to create a lovely serving experience. We could have been anywhere… you do expect a bit of magic at The Ivy and it was missing in every way. Disappointing.

Always love coming here. Service excellent. Food always good although this time I thought the main course wasn't perfect - truffle chips weren't as good for some reason! Everything else was on point.

Lunch booked on the hottest day of the year thus far but the temperature inside the restaurant was perfect. Friendly attentive staff and the food was good. Cocktails priced about the same as competitors, so overall experience was great and I’d certainly return.
