The Ivy est une institution londonienne depuis 1917. Le restaurant et le salon privé à l'étage sont la quintessence du glamour. Au centre du restaurant, un bar chatoyant attire les regards admiratifs tandis que les fenêtres aux vitraux caractéristiques, les boiseries en chêne et la superbe collection d'art contemporain assurent la longévité de cette institution dans la restauration très britannique. Le chef Gary Lee vous a concocté des menus de saison équilibrés, mettant au goût du jour les classiques et y intégrant des plats d'inspiration asiatiques, des salades et des légumes, ainsi qu'une section « de la mer et de coquillages ». Le directeur Fernando Peire dirige une équipe solide et expérimentée pour offrir le service sans faille qui a fait la réputation de The Ivy au fil des années. Public transit
The nearest tube station is Leicester Square. Leave by Exit 3 and turn right. Walk up Charing Cross Road and take the 2nd turning on your right into Litchfield Street. The entrance to the restaurant is around the left hand corner on West Street, opposite St Martin's Theatre.

Join us for a relaxed lunch or a pre-theatre dining experience, where every dish is thoughtfully prepared. Enjoy our signature Shepherd’s Pie or savor the rich flavors of our Scottish Smoked Haddock & Salmon Fishcake. Whether it’s an afternoon gathering or the perfect start to your evening at the theatre, we promise a memorable dining experience. Price for two courses is £24.95 and three courses £29.95 per person. T's and C's: Available from the 17th of February, Monday- Friday between 11:30pm and 6:30 pm. Menus and Prices are subject to change. We reserve the right to withdraw this offer without prior notice.

Service felt rushed and messy. The food was nice, maybe it was the meals we chose but they weren’t the typical standard we have had here. Front of house receptionist very cold and inhospitable. Didn’t even smile

We visit Ivy West Street every year, normally when we go to the theatre. The food, service and ambience are always first class. It is our guilty pleasure.

Lovely restaurant, great service. We had burgers and shepherds pie. Prices were expensive and the cost for a Sunday lunch was overpriced with only an option to share a chicken.

Lovely food. Great staff. Ambience really good -liked the art work. Only negative was that our table was next to a family group with 2 young children which rather detracted from the experience. Perhaps a minimum age - maybe 10 would be a good cut off.

This visit was very disappointing. Had to wait outside in the rain to get in, had to wait in the lobby to get in, coats were on the floor because of the queue. The gentleman’s toilet was blocked and overflowing! Why in view of the obvious investment in other Ivy restaurants have they failed to invest in their flagship restaurant? Yes I know a lot was spent on relocating the bar, but that was sometime ago. The awful lobby problem ruins this restaurant which is the very beating heart of this chain. The food was up to standard and the service was excellent.

Ordered two Eggs Royale with fries. They both arrived cold but fries were hot. Service was pleasant but extremely slow.

The service was good but very slow. It didn't seem very busy, yet we waited an hour before receiving our order. We had a table upstairs in the private area, which was quite cozy; however, the heating was off, making it very cold. So overall, it wasn't great.

The Ivy West Strret packed as always but do welcoming. The eggs Benedict were without doubt the best I have had and yhe attentive service so wonderful

I love the original Ivy it is my favourite - the staff were very helpful as I arrived on my motorised scooter - they quickly showed us to our table and offered to park the scooter for me, I declined but thought that was a very nice thing to do!! The staff were very attentive, not pushy and did not rush us we had our table for two hours and have a lovely lunch and a glass of champagne!! Thank you
