The food here was excellent as was the decor and table arrangements. However, we were there as part of the graduation celebrations for our daughter and there was a definite lack of interest in our enjoyment of the restaurant experience and very poor service from some of the waiters who were very slow to serve our table and more interested in laying out for new tables. They made no effort to engage with us. The evening before we had dinner at a different restaurant in the city centre and their staff were far more attentive and friendly.

The Restaurant is beautifully decorated and has a wonderful ambiance and atmosphere. The best thing about this restaurant is the hard working staff who were so warm, friendly, hard working and professional. Their service was second to none and having eaten there once before this we will certainly be returning for a third visit. Unfortunately most restaurants I visit today are no where near this high standard so I want to thank all the staff and also the Chef as the food was also absolutely delicious!!! I would recommend anyone to this high class restaurant in Leeds and hope to try the IVY ASIA which is located upstairs very soon. Bravo to all who work at The Ivy Victoria Quarter 👏👏👏

We sat at a table outside and at first the service was fine but then we had to go inside each time we needed anything and had to ask for a waiter A long wait for the main course so once again had to go inside to ask what was happening The food arrived after an hour and was cold so Once again we had to go inside and ask for a waiter We were kindly given two glasses of wine for our trouble which was appreciated When it was time for the bill we once more had to go inside to ask for the bill, Normally a five star restaurant but this was an experience not to be repeated!

We had an amazing time at The Ivy in Leeds. We were celebrating our daughters 21st birthday and her graduation. The food and service were exceptional. Our waiter was very friendly and attentive, without being intrusive. We came away with very special memories of a lovely evening.

My daughters and I had a lovely experience at the Ivy. Our waiter Matt was very attentive and helpful especially regarding my daughters allergies. Overall we thoroughly enjoyed our visit and we will definitely be returning!
