First time at the Ivy, the 2 of us sat in middle of lots of other people, felt uncomfortable, food luke warm, not the best experience for our first time

The food and service was, as ever, excellent. Music volume was too loud for easy conversation, especially across one of the larger tables

Actually Ivy is my favour because their food is amazing ,their service is the best and the people who are work there are amazing very friendly and always smiling .Actually everything spectacular

After sitting for an hour we had to ask to order our food. The starters and main courses can shock so the people who received theirs first had to eat it cold having waited for all meals to be served. We had to request our water refilled. After three hours we had no time for desert. There were six people in our party but the restaurant was not at all busy. The service was atrocious and very disappointing. I will not be visiting The Ivy in Leeds again. York, Harrogate and Windsor have all been amazing!

Everything was fantastic had a great time and food was fabulous never been to ivy apart from brunch but will be definitely coming back for an evening meal again All the staff were very professional and helpful

Earlier today, I visited The Ivy Victoria Quarter in Leeds with a friend to celebrate her birthday brunch. The online booking system was easy to navigate, and when we were running late, I appreciated the flexibility to adjust our reservation by 15 minutes without any trouble. Having dined at various The Ivy locations before, I often choose it for special occasions as it rarely disappoints - today being no exception. From the quality of the food to the attentiveness of the staff and the overall ambience, everything was faultless. My friend and I both ordered traditional fish and chips from the brunch menu, paired with a mixed berry smoothie and a mango and passionfruit cooler. The wait staff were consistently courteous, checking in to ensure everything was well. Staff also remembered my note from the booking and brought out a birthday cake I had provided earlier, complete with my candles lit, which I appreciated. However, we weren’t allowed to eat the cake in the restaurant due to their policy, which was understandable. Since it was my friend’s first time at any Ivy branch, I was especially happy that she enjoyed her experience as much as I did.

We had booked brunch at The Ivy for a special occasion, and it certainly felt special. The service was excellent, we had a lovely table and the food was delicious.
