    Great service and food super - very noisy bunch of customers- should have gone upstairs- much more relaxed !

    The food was amazing - it was cod, and I'm Portuguese, nonetheless it was probably the best code I had. The team was fantastic. Special thanks to Ana, Elias, and the nice beard fellow in a suit that I didn't catch the name of.

    We had a lovely evening and a great experience, food was amazing. Our server was brilliant too.

    When we arrived, our table wasn’t ready. we were seated elsewhere for about 15 minutes, but we offered no drinks which was a shame. The main issue was the temperature of the rosé that we ordered. It wasn’t cold and the staff were slow to provide ice and an ice bucket. It was disappointing that given the wine was £50 a bottle it wasn’t at the correct temperature which rather spoilt or enjoyment of it.

    Sadly following many visits this time the service was poor after the iinitial " is everything ok " checks. I even had to find somebody near reception to pay the bill. Starters very enjoyable. The batter on the fish was so heavy it was almost a pudding. This time we did not stop for pudding or coffee, which was a shame as we have enjoyed these in the past.

    Great breakfast at the Ivy brasserie in Victoria. Always love the ambience and decor. Toilets a long way away and table too small, but food excellent as always and service impeccable. Still one of my favourite places to eat.
