    When we arrived, our table wasn’t ready. we were seated elsewhere for about 15 minutes, but we offered no drinks which was a shame. The main issue was the temperature of the rosé that we ordered. It wasn’t cold and the staff were slow to provide ice and an ice bucket. It was disappointing that given the wine was £50 a bottle it wasn’t at the correct temperature which rather spoilt or enjoyment of it.

    Sadly following many visits this time the service was poor after the iinitial " is everything ok " checks. I even had to find somebody near reception to pay the bill. Starters very enjoyable. The batter on the fish was so heavy it was almost a pudding. This time we did not stop for pudding or coffee, which was a shame as we have enjoyed these in the past.

    Great breakfast at the Ivy brasserie in Victoria. Always love the ambience and decor. Toilets a long way away and table too small, but food excellent as always and service impeccable. Still one of my favourite places to eat.

    We used to go here regularly and loved it, but haven’t been since 2022. On this occasion, the food was very patchy. A couple of my prawns for my Tempura weren’t fresh. The wine tasted like it hadn’t been stored properly (oxidised, dark yellow), but I entrusted my husband to determine if the initial pouring was good - last time I do that! Although generous in size and nothing suggesting it was off, the fish in my fish and chips tasted like it came from a downmarket pub lunch. The chips were done well. My husband’s burger wasn’t juicy although they never did ask how he wanted it done. The desserts were nice. I have nothing against the service. It was attentive and friendly, but the food experience was a lot left to be desired. We will be sticking to Ivy Chelsea in future as they haven’t ever disappointed us.

    Lovely big restaurant, a short walk from Victoria Station. I had the chicken milanese, with olive oil mash. Tasted amazing! My friend had the Shepherd's pie, which comes with extra gravy and she loved hers. We shared a side of broccoli - it's enough for two ppl. I would definitely eat here again.

    My first bad experience with an Ivy chain restaurant. The food and drinks (non alcoholic cocktails) were both really underwhelming. I had chicken milanese which was oily and bland and a peach iced tea which was really bitter. My partner ordered a medium rare steak and it came well done so had to send it back as it was £37 with no sides. Bit of a disaster! However, the waitress who served us was amazing, kind, efficient and really helpful.
