    I would like to note my dissatisfaction with the service at The Ivy Victoria. Our drinks took forever to arrive and when the waitress did get to our table she leant across people who were eating and they had to stop eating whilst she stretched across the table. There was plenty of room either side of the table so there was no need for her to stretch across someone eating. Towards the end of the meal another waitress appeared to clear glasses from the table and removed a glass that still had a fair amount of wine in it. I had to ask for it back. Drinks were slammed down on the table from very surly looking waitresses. For this reason we found it astonishing that there was a 13.5% service charge on our bill. There are no blank options in the next set of questions I have selected options but do not agree with any of them. There's no option to proceed further unless the next selection is completed.

    Our table was booked for 1pm for 3 people and two of us couldn’t have our chosen orders because it was not available. This was a return visit and we all felt the standard of the food had dropped slightly. I also think £50 for the cheapest Prosecco by bottle is outrageous. We may look elsewhere for our next lunch together

    We had a lovely night but don’t feel that for what we paid, the standard was where it could have been. When around six of our party had their meals it’s took a further ten minutes for everything to be brought out. It may have even taken longer to rectify some missing sides. Had we done the correct thing and waited for all meals to be out before starting, we would have had cold meals. Some further mistakes were made and some small requests could not be met. One beings some onions and plain gravy with a steak. Another being, a bottle of wine disappearing but reappearing when we pointed out that it had definitely not been drunk. The steaks were all over cooked but that my guests choice not to raise it, out of embarrassment. However. The staff were lovely and we had an amazing time. But was it worth the money? Not really. Did it ruin our night? No. We would go back but feel our party size was a struggle for them and would stick with a couples meal.

    Food was really nice but wasn't very hot. Waiter was very attentive at first then basically forgot about us. He said would bring us a desert menu which didn't arrive. We waited so long we gave up, paid and left without having a desert or another drink. Really quite disappointing as this was booked a long time ago and had been really looking forward to it.

    The whole experience was spectacular! The restaurant design is stunning (visit all the spaces including the restrooms), the food and service was exceptional, the pricing was great for all received and would have come back if we had more time in the city! Absolutely an excellent choice!

    Lovely setting. Decor is great - especially the ladies’ loo! Service is always great. Attentive, friendly Good choice of food. Delicious Always good to bring a little, complimentary dessert if you say it’s a celebration.

    Disappointing. Another disappointing experience at an Ivy. Despite the staff being very friendly, it took an hour for food to come out, 3 meals of which one was wrong and the other two were not hot. So we didn’t eat together, and wasn’t warm. Food tastes great though. It seems the kitchen to table experience at the last 3 Ivy’s I’ve been to are all the same and rubbish. Such a shame when the food tastes good and the staff are friendly.

    Food was beautiful and couldn't fault it ,although service was initially okay until our waitress finished her shift we were then totally forgot about a waiter came by and gave us some dessert menus and my dessert was placed on the side and still there when we left ,had i not queried where it was i dont think i would of actually recieved a fresh one ,we were sat in an outside/inside corridor which was windy everytime the door was opened, then when I asked for service charge to be removed ,he got abit defensive, food was beautiful but definitely think it depends were your sitting as to the service you receive .
