The Ivy Tower Bridge is an all-day British brasserie with an all-encompassing menu serving modern British and international Ivy-inspired classics from dawn until dusk, seven days a week. With its riverside location and views of the iconic Tower Bridge and Tower of London, The Ivy Tower Bridge is the perfect location for guests to enjoy breakfast, brunch, lunch, dinner and cocktails. The restaurant also features an outdoor terrace, a bar and a private dining room on the first floor, offering tranquil relaxed yet sophisticated dining with beautiful views across the river.

With interiors designed by Martin Brudnizki Design Studio, the two-floors restaurant offers guests the choice of dining within the restaurant, enjoying the view from floor to ceiling glass windows, or outside on the Parisian-style al fresco terrace seating 50 and overlooking the River Thames.

Ordered a salad which I’ve had a few times at Ivy Marylebone and it was quite different, missing ingredients. Sent it back to the kitchen—-chef said “this is how we do it”. The did not offer to remedy the salad though they took it back and did not charge. Vibe was overall not very service oriented.

I ordered the chicory, apple and Stilton starter and they forgot the Stilton. Very disappointed, and it was not offered to be sorted until the rest of the table had finished their starters so I didn’t get a starter at all. Scattered service….

The food was lovely but the service was very poor. Our white wine was warm and the waiter advised to put in an ice bucket and give it time as they didn't have another bottle chilling and he agreed it was warm. We were celebrating a birthday and I had arranged via email with a staff member during the week a birthday dessert but it never arrived. Staff changed a lot during our meal and we had 3 different waiters looking after us, the last waiter wasn't aware of our earlier discussion regarding the wine. Lovely location but big improvements needed.

I celebrated my birthday here and some of my guests were running a bit late. I kept the waiter informed but he became impolite and seem visibly irritated with our table. He kept trying to rush as they ‘needed’ the table back but by 9pm, the main dinner time rush seemed over by the and the restaurant didn’t seem as busy. So not sure why he was so impatient. He was quite brusque and cleared away some of my dinner guests’ plates whilst they were still eating. It made the overall ambience quite negative and my guests felt uncomfortable asking the waiter for anything because he was so unprofessional. We ended up removing the service charge from the bill because we were so disappointed with how we were treated. I’ve been to other Ivy restaurants and have enjoyed myself so really surprised with the experience I had here.

We arrived quite late because of traffic and had tickets to the theatre in an hour. Our waitress was brilliant in organising prompt drinks and taking our order quickly, and reassuring us that we had time…. The food was excellent and she was great. Thank you!

We had a lovely birthday lunch, we had the nicest waiter so friendly. Food was nice came really quickly, overall lovely afternoon. Would definitely go back.

Overall a good experience. Waitstaff was fairly attentive. The star of the show is the view for sure.
