Immerse yourself in the magic of the season with our Festive Set Menu. Enjoy two courses for £55 or three for £60 and delight in our show-stopping festive dishes, selection of fine wines and seasonal cocktails. Tables of 7+ must book our Group Festive Set Menu experience. Guests dining on our Festive set menu can choose between two or three courses for lunch, available from 11:30am - 6:30pm. Very slow service. Drinks were very good. Had to wait for 15 minutes for reserved table. No one offered to take our coats. Service charge felt excessive for the poor service. Had to ask for water twice and eventually got it after 30 minutes of being seated. I would go back for the drinks only, food was average, but disappointed by the service.

The service was exceptional, thank you Antoine, but the large piece of shell in my daughters (not cheap) Lobster linguine really put a dampener on her experience, especially as it caused pain in her mouth due to not expecting it.

Was ok deffo not worth the money there is better places and way cheaper and more for what you pay for this is way to expensive for what you get.

Poor show at the Birmingham restaurant. As I sat down to order a drink before our table, the young lady on the front desk aggressively asked me if I had a booking. I replied yes & gave her my name and reservation time. She told me to get out of my seat and make my way back to the desk. I asked her if she was serious and she told me it was protocol and I had to immediately move. I walked the 3 metres, repeated my name and time and was then allowed to go back to my seat where I’d ordered my drink. If it hadn’t of been my mother’s birthday meal I would have left there and then. Ben ( management) kindly gave me my drink on the house but I won’t be returning anytime soon. It doesn’t take much for a warm welcome and given the young lady wasn’t on the desk as I walked in I feel I was embarrassed for no reason whatsoever. One birthday meal ruined

The experience was average, the food was average, the service was average, The venue had nice decor but that was really the only positive thing I was able to say about the ivy.

Normally a great experience, however four of the six main meals were poor. The steaks were tough and with very little flavour, and the one fish meal was quite dry! This is very unusual as this is a regular for us.
