We had a Champagne Dinner for 2. Limited menu was still very nice and waiter Fortunato was delightful. Quite noisy.

Maybe nitpicking but service was not 100% Arrived and say I bar, had to wait 10 mins to get a drink.. No offer to carry drinks to table.. Overall a nice experience but with the name of the brand expected more.

Had a lovely meal out with the family. There was a nice ambience of chatter giving a good atmosphere. I particularly like the fact it caters for all tastes and the food is always good. Staff were welcoming and attentive through out our entire meal.

Went for afternoon tea for my friends 80th birthday. Food was delicious and service was very good.

From the moment we entered staff made us feel comfortable and well looked after. Our waiter, Vincenzo was very attentive without being intrusive. He offered excellent advice about desert choices and was friendly and relaxed. The food was beautifully prepared and full of flavour as were the cocktails. Excellent choice of wine to complement the food. I will definitely be returning in the future.

Service was poor,food was not fit for purpose, it was cold, gravy like water, beef as tough as boots. VERY expensive for what we had
