    I expect an ambient level of chat BUT there was a lingering extremely high pitched eardrum piercing screech from the coffee machine which I assume to be heating the milk. It cut through every other sound in the restaurant. I wasn't the only sufferer. Other customers were trying to locate the source of the noise. Management should sit down to experience this noise and then realize the discomfort it causes. It ruined my overall pleasant dining experience.

    We’ve been to the Ivy before and had a really lovely meal but this time the food was not as good as when we previously dined at the restaurant. The service also wasn’t the best and we were seated in a cramped corner which was very noisy and warm. I also tried the Wimbledon White Chocolate Bombe which wasn’t as nice as the usual Chocolate Bombe as the white chocolate shell didn’t melt and the flavours just weren’t as appetising.

    Fillet steak tasted more like a rump steak. Too well done and fatty. A lot of money for poor quality food. Our other main dish was served cold. Chips were dry. Really disappointed! Service was excellent. Very attentive staff and very discreet. Best part about the place.

    Generally a very good experience with excellent food good service and a good ambiance Only slight negative was the temperature of our wine which was far from cold and we were offered ice !! Paying £50+ for a bottle of wine you should not putting ice in This over shadowed the evening slightly

    First ever visit…. Blown away by everything… decor amazing, lovely atmosphere, staff were all great- friendly, welcoming, nothing was too much trouble ( even when I changed my mind in which pudding I wanted🤪), extremely professional…. And the finally the good …. Well it was out of this world… bit pricey but worth every penny. We will be back 😁… thank you xx

    I had the fillet steak and asked for medium well but the steak came out raw, I had a second steak come which was really tough. Poor steak experience. A friend of mine had the chicken Milanese which again came out poor - it was really tough and had to be replaced. Disappointed in the food, service was good though.
