Our first time trying the Sunday unch. Loved it. We had the beef and chicken which is fillets so even better! Extra gravy and it was all perfect!

The art deco is just “The Best setting” for dining in my opinion. Our waiter Adam was excellent and saw to our every need with prompt professional service. Food was lovely too as always.

Asked for steak to be rare! It came well done had to return it and they replaced it with another one cooked how I wanted it in the first place. Had to wait a while for it leaving me to eat alone as other guests had already eaten there food.

Myself and my wife visited the restaurant yesterday for the first time and found its experience very satisfying. The staff were more than helpful and attentive to us,and made us both feel very welcome I will certainly be going back .

Very disappointed. Went for afternoon tea for two after receiving a gift voucher from my 90 year old mother as a thank you for looking after her. Was brought the stand and pot of tea by 2 members of staff who explained the stand contents and told us to enjoy. We have been to other afternoon tea venues and thought this seemed small and also strange that we had to share each item. When we presented the voucher to pay, the waiter appeared flustered and was looking at the computer and asking for help from other staff. He returned and explained that we should have been given two stands and apologised that we had only had half of our afternoon tea! We were given the option to pay for what we had and keep the voucher for another day or buy something like wine to use up the rest of the voucher. We didn't want to make a fuss as the restaurant was full so paid for one afternoon tea but after we left we said we should have made more of a fuss- after all we were out of pocket due to their mistake. Not good customer service.

Was my sons first visit.After the meal he said it was probably one of the best meals out he'd ever had. We are returning for Afternoon tea later this year for a 70th birthday

Another visit to The Ivy in Birminghams Temple Row for a Birthday Treat. Great service and a lovely lunch. The blackend cod was cooked just right, not over cooked. Will be back again.

The restaurant was beautifully decorated. It had a lovely ambience. There were plenty of attentive staff. The food was good.
