Booked for our grandson’s gradution , the service was excellent. The meal was ok we opted for the graduation menu ,felt it was overpriced at £60 per head compared to the the regular fixed price menu, taking into account the glass of champagne , the token choice bun as a complimentary graduation gesture was poor . Everthless the ambiance made it feel special. Would think twice before going for celebration menu again

Waitress removed glasses when the drinks weren't finished Coffee cold but the food was amazing and did not disappoint just the niggles need sorting

Went for a lunch. The restaurant was beautiful inside and the staff were very well informed and helpful. Food was excellent. We had the curry and to start we had the sour dough bread with oils. Will definitely return

Lovely meal and cocktails as always. Was a Sunday evening so a bit quieter than previous visits. Our server Magda was fantastic, very sweet and attentive without being over the top. Food was delicious and a lovely surprise dessert for my MiL's birthday. Will be back again soon, thanks!

Nice food. Service very slow and not overly attentive during this visit. Seemed under staffed and the service charge was excessive.

The receptionist was very helpful as we arrived earlier and asked if we could go straight to our table. Our waiter was very pleasant. The food was not good it was not value for money. My husband chicken was cold and tough and my monk fish was chewy and this normally means it’s old. Both meals were cold when it arrived to the table. If we had longer we would have asked for the meals to be replaced. Not a good first time experience to the Ivy which I was told had a very good reputation.

The service was excellent and the food generally good. My steak was cooked perfectly, but my companion’s fish was not fully cooked in the middle. She didn’t tell me until after we left the restaurant as she didn’t want to spoil by birthday treat. The apple and trifle desserts were excellent.
