Myself and my wife visited the restaurant yesterday for the first time and found its experience very satisfying. The staff were more than helpful and attentive to us,and made us both feel very welcome I will certainly be going back .

Very disappointed. Went for afternoon tea for two after receiving a gift voucher from my 90 year old mother as a thank you for looking after her. Was brought the stand and pot of tea by 2 members of staff who explained the stand contents and told us to enjoy. We have been to other afternoon tea venues and thought this seemed small and also strange that we had to share each item. When we presented the voucher to pay, the waiter appeared flustered and was looking at the computer and asking for help from other staff. He returned and explained that we should have been given two stands and apologised that we had only had half of our afternoon tea! We were given the option to pay for what we had and keep the voucher for another day or buy something like wine to use up the rest of the voucher. We didn't want to make a fuss as the restaurant was full so paid for one afternoon tea but after we left we said we should have made more of a fuss- after all we were out of pocket due to their mistake. Not good customer service.

Was my sons first visit.After the meal he said it was probably one of the best meals out he'd ever had. We are returning for Afternoon tea later this year for a 70th birthday

Another visit to The Ivy in Birminghams Temple Row for a Birthday Treat. Great service and a lovely lunch. The blackend cod was cooked just right, not over cooked. Will be back again.

The restaurant was beautifully decorated. It had a lovely ambience. There were plenty of attentive staff. The food was good.

We had a Champagne Dinner for 2. Limited menu was still very nice and waiter Fortunato was delightful. Quite noisy.
