The Ivy in York is a lovely place to meet friends and enjoy a long lunch. The staff were very attentive and friendly. We enjoyed our dining experience very much.

It was warm and friendly. The staff were attentive but not overbearing. They were very accommodating to my elderly mother-in-law. I like the fact that it is a consistently good experience.

Excellent from start to finish. It was a lovely treat for us. From the moment we walked in we were treated so well. The food was all beautifully prepared and presented and tasted as good as it looked.

Lovely anniversary cream tea for two and champagne. Staff made a fuss of us and brought us a lovely anniversary dessert too! Very thoughtful lovely occasion 😊

I have dined at The Ivy York on several occasions now and have never been disappointed. The staff are always genuinely friendly and never rush you at any time which so important to enable you to fully enjoy the experience.

Our first time at the ivy York. It is as good as it looks from the outside. Excellent service and great food. It was the icing on the cake for our daughter celebrating her 18th birthday.

Dinner at The Ivy in York was just what we needed after a long day’s sightseeing in Yorkshire. Fabulous cocktails - some of the best we have had in a long time - very good food, and friendly and attentive service. Given the large size of the venue we couldn’t believe the quality and speed of what was coming from the kitchen. We’ll have no hesitation about visiting another Ivy location in the future.
