Average quality of food considering this is the Ivy and the prices charged. Ambience and attentive staff were positives. Staff should ask if guests would like to be seated in the main restaurant on prepared tables or the cafeteria-type area.

We have found service to be very slow. We were attending a performance at the Abbey so we were on a restricted time schedule and I had to ask that delivery of the meal be hurried up. The meal itself was good. Wine expensive. Last time the maitre’d took an age to welcome me at the booking desk to allocate my table. The staff are lovely, but as a business I think they need to up their game on organisation. I would recommend this Ivy, but with reservations.

Decided on a 1st date night…. Staff were brilliant, arranged flowers on a corner table, the food was on point too👌🏻 Great service.. Stafff couldn’t do enough for us!! 👏🏻👏🏻

Excellent service and great food. The staff are very attentive and service was nice and quick. Food is delicious and portion sizes are very generous too.
