Food wasn’t good at all. Too much cheese in the pasta. Steak overcooked

The venue was not busy but took 15mins for drinks and food order to be taken. Drinks arrived half way through our starters and my main meal arrived without the side ordered. Left waiting 10mins when I then asked for my meal to be taken away to keep warm while waiting on side order of peas. Meanwhile my friend ate her meal and side while I waited otherwise hers would have been cold. We love the Ivy franchise but definitely not the SoHo one which will not be revisited. Staff were friendly but didn’t have a clue about service

Everything was excellent and live music over Sunday lunch too. A little slip up with service and a tad slow at then end is the only reason for 4 stars, although they dealt with it very well. Would definitely return.

The waiting staff should understand that the easiest way to frustrate a meal is to be slow getting the bill ready and taking payment. It was 15 minutes from finishing dessert to getting the bill despite gentle gesture to the team. Otherwise as expected. Food is good, ambience is attractive and reasonable price

A lovely family breakfast - excellent food and good variety on the menu. Accommodated children’s requirements really well and friendly service.
