    Colourful characterful restaurant with a very energetic buzzy chat making conversation difficult. Food was well presented and delicious- we ordered from the fixed festive menu and were certainly very full by the end! Service was ok but only what you'd expect from a local cafe - not a premium restaurant. Eg When our water ran out I had to ask three times before anyone replenished it. They forgot to bring our dessert. Quality Christmas crackers were a nice touch. Wine was expensive We have been to other Ivy restaurants which we enjoyed more Overall a very good meal but the experience could have been even better.

    A perfect meal, all 3 courses were top notch and the service was great too, despite being a very busy time in the run up to Christmas. It was an anniversary and a very special way to celebrate. Thank you.

    We sat at the counter and it was brilliant Great deco Service a little slow but bar man said they were 2 staff short at the bar Loved the experience at the ivy! :))

    Food and service was fine however our table was very close to tables either side so it was not a very comfortable experience and all we heard were the loud business conversations on other tables. If we go back we’ll make sure not to sit at a similar table on the banquette.

    A very nice experience. However after being to The Ivy in Dublin it was slightly less impressive. Dublins one is nicer designed etc

    Breakfast was lovely, service fabulous - the only negative would be the size of the table for 4 , but the staff were fab and cleared quickly

    We had two wait for 40 min to get our table. The service was slow from the start, there was a large gap between the end of the main course and they offering us the dessert. By the time they offered us the dessert, the kitchen was closed and we were told 10 min. Noting that the only option was to have a 3-course menu.

    We had a great birthday meal. Top marks for the friendly staff. We took about an hour to decide what to eat, and later my father wanted ice cream with his Christmas pudding. Staff were friendly and waited for us. At no point did we feel that we were being pushed out of the door even when the restaurant was fully booked on a pre-Christmas Saturday night. Singing happy birthday and free birthday snowman pudding was cherry on the top. We all had great fun. Thank you Ivy Soho!

    It was freezing and windy today, but there was no seat inside so we had to seat outdoors which turned out to be horrible. The wind blew the canopy and the heating went off which made it even colder. We couldn’t enjoy the food at all.
