Nice buzzy Ivy. Food came a bit rushed but it was put right by our fantastic server Bryan. They kindly brought out a free profiterole as a nice gesture for our celebratory dinner for my daughter and I. Will definitely revisit.

There were not on their A game for this visit. Mixed up orders. Sloppy wine pouring. And a missing entre. The head waiter made amends on the bill voluntarily so you know it wasn’t up to standard. Overall enjoyable but no what I was expecting

We were celebrating my daughters GCSE results and wanted her to have a bit of a special experience- however the service was SO slow that we still didn’t have drinks after half an hour and had to chase every single course or drinks request throughout the 2 hours we were there. After having asked for the dessert menu after again being sat unseen to and then still not being asked for our choices ages later we gave up on having dessert altogether. Such a shame that what was supposed to be a treat for her turned out to be a chore.

Went on a Saturday lunch with 2 family members. Food was amazing was always and the ambience amazing. Service was challenging, getting a wait staff's attention was very difficult even if we were inside and near the service table. When they did pay attention they were great.

Very nice food the crispy duck salad was amazing did dress up but some people were in jeans and polo shirts but make the effort and dress up please. It was an anniversary and we received a chocolate bomb with happy anniversary very nice of them

Food was good as always, as were the drinks, service To this restaurant was quite poor. We were early, so they sat us at the bar for a drink, and then forgot about us, after 45 minutes I had to remind them that we were still here. We were then seated, We sat there for over 20 minutes. No one came to take a drinks order, Eventually, I had to say to someone, can we please be served? There Response to this was, “I thought you were waiting for someone” I’m not sure how that could’ve been misinterpreted as as we had booked table of two. On receipt of the bill, it was incorrect and we were overcharged, again I had to get this rectified before paying my bill. Service was very poor, and I would not return to this IVY brasserie any time soon on my next trip into London.
