Fantastic Service, our waiter was attentive and helpful, loverly atmosphere but the food was below poor to say the least. I’ve had a better-quality burger in a motorway service station. The burger was tough and overcooked, with one slice of lettuce, one slice of tomato so thin it was almost transparent, 2 small pieces of onion, hardly any relish and a stale bun. There was no salad decoration on the plate and the horseradish ketchup presented in an egg cup was not something one might write home about. The chips were obviously frozen and squirted fat. How this can be classified as IVY Classic is beyond me, this dish was pitiful in quality and presentation. My wife’s Salt and Pepper Squid Tempura was obviously from some wholesale frozen catering section and the Sprouting Broccoli had no lemon oil and sea salt. She did like the Miso wasabi mayonnaise, sriracha, coriander and lime but didn’t finish either dish because it wasn't very nice. The only good food was the Zucchini Fritti With lemon, chilli and mint yoghurt. However serving it a bowl on top of a napkin means there’s not really that much Zucchini, just a lot of inedible starched cotton. We had a similar experience at the IVY on the Kings Road in Chelsea so I don’t see us visiting an IVY establishment again. What happened to the IVY a used to frequent?

On arrival was met by a member of staff who took us to the bar we had 30 minutes at the bar and then we were seated the service was 10/10 the food was also 10/10 fantastic atmosphere was lovely had a lovely evening Excellent 😋

Beautifully decorated spacious restaurant, lovely food and great service - all with a view of Windsor Castle. Only downside is the way all the tables are so close together.

Great atmosphere and could not fault the service or food but the price is over the top. Will only visit again on rare occasions as there are other great restaurants in the area at far more reasonable prices.

We had an excellent meal with our Boss who was over from Chicago - we must have had the best table in the restaurant with a smashing view of Windsor Castle - as an American, he was very impressed, and the food was delicious! Only drawback was we had to leave a bit earlier than planned, as the car parking was nearly up! We thoroughly enjoyed our visit and will be back for sure!

We were a large group and we asked at the beginning of the meal and at the end of the meal for separate bills. This is not an uncommon request, many restaurants will accommodate this. They said that they couldn’t and it made settling the bill more time consuming than it needed to be. The food is nice in all of the Ivy’s that I’ve visited but it’s too often difficult to locate and attract the attention of staff. I feel sorry for the managers as the staff seem inexperienced and untrained. Overall, good but never been great.
