One of the world’s most famous restaurants, The Ivy, West Street, has welcomed guests to enjoy its contemporary cuisine and unparalleled service for over a century. The Ivy Collection is now to open in Manchester this November, offering a new dining experience set across four fabulous floors.

The Ivy Spinningfields will occupy an impressive, timber framed space within a new development, The Pavilion, surrounded by greenery yet located in the heart of the city.

On the top floor of The Ivy Spinningfields, will be Manchester’s first Roof Garden. With a fully retractable roof, the spectacular space will be open all year round. Guests will enjoy food and cocktails alongside an abundance of planting, greenery and foliage, roaring fire pits and colourful fabrics, all creating an enchanting oasis in the heart of Manchester.

From the doorman who greeted us to girls on reception bar staff waitresses and of course the chef our overall experience was amazing. This was a special anniversary for us and I didn't make it public until lady on reception ask us then every member of staff congratulated us.

I love going to The Ivy in Manchester. It's so decadent and the vibe is really nice. Service supberb and food is outstanding. I would recommend to anyone wanting a great experience.

I’ve been to the ivy a few times for food and have really enjoyed the whole experience, however on this occasion my friend and I went for afternoon tea, we received a gift voucher from work colleagues so we both were looking forward to the experience. What a disappointment, the quality and presentation was very poor and the amount you actually pay for it, well it is certainly not worth it. Don’t waste your money! 😕

Lovely greeting for my mums birthday staff kept wishing her happy birthday which she liked. Good seating and great service. The only off putting was the music seemed loud and there was a dj in there , the roof top terrace . Some people may like that, but not while we are eating and wanting to have a conversation. This was a Thursday early evening.

Booked this last minute for an evening meal. The staff were lovely. The young man who made our cocktails was willing to make a cocktail that wasn’t on the drinks menu and even recommended to try a different rum as an addition. Great ambience, a dj was doing his thing quite close to us but it didn’t interfere with our evening and the music played was fab so it actually added to the whole experience. Food was amazing and we were too full to have a dessert. Highly recommend this place.
