One of the world’s most famous restaurants, The Ivy, West Street, has welcomed guests to enjoy its contemporary cuisine and unparalleled service for over a century. The Ivy Collection is now to open in Manchester this November, offering a new dining experience set across four fabulous floors.

The Ivy Spinningfields will occupy an impressive, timber framed space within a new development, The Pavilion, surrounded by greenery yet located in the heart of the city.

On the top floor of The Ivy Spinningfields, will be Manchester’s first Roof Garden. With a fully retractable roof, the spectacular space will be open all year round. Guests will enjoy food and cocktails alongside an abundance of planting, greenery and foliage, roaring fire pits and colourful fabrics, all creating an enchanting oasis in the heart of Manchester.

Celebrating our son's 21st birthday with a lovely family afternoon. We had lunch and it was the perfect special setting for a special day, thank you to the staff for the dessert with a candle to make him feel special :)

Booked the rooftop restaurant. Arrived slightly earlier and was told to have a drink either at the restaurant or next door in the rooftop area. Decided to get a drink in the restaurant bar first but because this was quite full and no place to sit, decided to go next door. The maitre d’ there was very rude and said this section was now closed; did not offer any explanation and did not tell us when we could come back. In the end there was no where to wait for our table (we were only 10 mins early). Eventually table did become available 5 mins after the original booking time. Unfortunately as good as the food was and how nice the other staff members were, this ruined the perfect night out.

A gorgeous experience from start to finish. Afternoon Tea was beautifully presented and served with hugely attentive and friendly staff. The setting was delightful. Quality of the food was amazing. Despite it being a very busy time, we never felt rushed or ignored. Can’t wait to go back!

We were sat in the middle and kept getting knocked by the waiters as there wasn't much room.At one point I got elbowed by a waiter on my head,he was very apologetic . But ii wasn't ideal. Saying that it won't stop me from going again.
