One of the world’s most famous restaurants, The Ivy, West Street, has welcomed guests to enjoy its contemporary cuisine and unparalleled service for over a century. The Ivy Collection is now to open in Manchester this November, offering a new dining experience set across four fabulous floors.

The Ivy Spinningfields will occupy an impressive, timber framed space within a new development, The Pavilion, surrounded by greenery yet located in the heart of the city.

On the top floor of The Ivy Spinningfields, will be Manchester’s first Roof Garden. With a fully retractable roof, the spectacular space will be open all year round. Guests will enjoy food and cocktails alongside an abundance of planting, greenery and foliage, roaring fire pits and colourful fabrics, all creating an enchanting oasis in the heart of Manchester.

Immerse yourself in the magic of the season with our Festive Set Menu. Enjoy two coursed for £50 or three for £55 and delight in our show-stopping festive dishes, selection of fine wines and seasonal cocktails. Tables of 7+ must book our Group Festive Set Menu experience. Guests dining on our Festive set menu can choose between two or three courses for lunch, available from 11:30am - 6:30pm. For dinner, we offer a three-course option only, served from 6:30pm - Close.

Food was good, but felt rushed the second we sat down. Didn’t even have our cocktails yet and they came over multiple times asking for our food order. Food was served quickly there after.

It was our anniversary and one of use was a vegetarian. The selection was poor, we asked for a drinks menu and it took 30 minutes to get one and then another 20 minutes for the drinks to arrive. After dinner we sat there for another 30 minutes waiting for a dessert menu that never arrived. I asked for the bill and the service charge to be removed, due to poor service. We have eaten at the Ivy many times and this will be the last, very disappointing end to our anniversary day,

Lovely food and friendly atmosphere. The music was a tad loud and the roof terrace a little cold…. A few fellow diners were wearing their jackets. Will return though if only to get my point added as they didn’t get added to my card.

I always enjoy the Ivy but yesterday did feel a little badly done t - we asked about a dry Rose wine and the waitress showed us a bottle and said it was The Ivy Rose. Rightly or wrongly, we assumed it was the house Rose and had 2 bottles. When we got the bill we found out it was £50 per bottle, so £100 on some of the wine! I do think this is very expensive and we should have been told the price before we ordered. But, the food and setting were lovely!

The ambiance is great only the music was a bit too loud to have a nice conversation. The staff was very professional and friendly!

The restaurant was great as usual, we did however feel a little rushed as they required the table back, we could of been offered to have more drinks in the bar but this was not offered, food as usual very nice and well presented, overall another enjoyable experience.

Another really good experience at the Ivy. The food os great and all the staff are really nice and make it an even better experience overall. We will be back soon.
