    We both thoroughly enjoyed our choice of dishes. The food was excellent in taste and very well presented. The staff were lovely from the reception desk to the waiting staff and I appreciated the surprise dessert for my birthday. The restaurant itself is comfortable with very attractive decor. I love the art works! Highly recommend!

    The arrogance of this 'request' for a review is matched by the arrogance of the booking site which is matched by the restaurant itself. You are not a friend of mine. I have not given you permission to address me by my first name. Your attitude is entirely that it is you doing me the favour. 'The Ivy' isn't good enough to adopt such arrogance. Food was okay, but the menu is nigh on what it has always been. And is certainly not spectacular. Service at the table was pleasant, and that of the maitre d' was only condescendingly welcoming and rather exemplified the entire attitude of the web-sites and the franchise generally. 'The Ivy' will be in future the restaurant of last choice. And if I were they I would IMMEDIATELY replace those looking after their IT. - Gregory Dark

    Lovely restaurant with great food at very reasonable prices. Served by the smiliest waitress (sorry - I can't remember your name, but you were amazing!). Went on the hottest day of the year, so it was pretty hot inside, but the food and drink were great. I had 8 colleagues over from different parts of Europe and wanted to go to a nice but relaxed venue with great British food, and that's what I got.

    I had a most enjoyable lunch at the Ivy. The service was very good and the food excellent. It was quieter than usual which made lunch much more enjoyable.

    We really enjoyed our date night. It was a shame fillet steaks have run out but the ribeye steaks were very good as well. Lovely ambience 😊

    Wonderful venue, delicious afternoon tea and a great way to celebrate a birthday and a bride to be - The staff were gracious hosts and brought us both a special surprise at the end. Highly recommended!

    When booked asked for preference but that was not available despite being two months between booking and dining. Concierge could not very from what she had learnt and had an unacceptable attitude problem. We ordered Sunday roast, the point of going there, to be told they had run out, so we ordered steak, only one of the type we wanted available (Sunday lunchtime) our waitress was delightful but the whole experience was marred by poor kitchen management, availability of menu items. Attitude of concierge, she requires retraining as a minimum. Coming from a service background myself, I found her dismissive self important attitude spoilt the whole experience, she wouldn’t work for me

    We had an enjoyable birthday lunch at the Ivy. The birthday boy's cake was spot-on if a bit pricey. The place was full, so noise interfered with conversation and the service was a bit unpredictable. Enjoyable, nonetheless.

    Very nice Sunday lunch as a belated celebration for father's day. The restaraunt was very busy and lively. The service was friendly and very efficient. Food was beautifully presented and excellent quality. Prices are very reasonable for the high quality service, food and surroundings. I am very pleased to see that The Ivy Richmond is able to maintain its high quality and reputation.
