    Lovely food, staff and surroundings. Also nice to hear each other across the table ! No loud music, we could actually have a conversation and hear each other!

    A very enjoyable experience for an afternoon tea. Lovely staff and a great atmosphere. The food was delicious!

    Lovely food, great service and not too pricey. The booking system is a pain because you can’t talk to a human.

    expansive menu with favourites and new things to try, well presented and served. Fabulous decorations and furniture. An expensive treat

    We went for afternoon tea. It was very quiet when we went in, but they sat us right next to the till. Didn’t feel very comfortable there when staff were going backwards and forwards all the time!! Would have liked more in the way of savioury, as in sandwiches. Love scones, but had four of the same scones.

    This was for lunch for my daughters 18th birthday. All the staff made her feel very special and welcome.

    There were 3 small finger sandwiches and the scones were not very fresh- quite hard. I had to wait and ask for a tea top up. Quite expensive compared to other local places including the Grand Cafe next door so very disappointing esp as it was a business event I organised.

    All three sandwiches were disappointing I would have preferred more savoury, scones did not seem fresh that day to me or stored badly after baking. Cakes were OK but not visually exiting

    Good service lovely food Had the fixed price menu at £19.00 each for two but with drinks extra on the table and side dish bill was over £88! And service charge So doesn’t make it affordable to go again unfortunately

    Great meal! Lovely anniversary pudding. Was slightly ruined by a large family group next to us that aloud there children to watch loud programmes on there phones.
