Amazing as always, food ambience and staff!! You are greeted like a long long friend and cooked for by a lover of fine dinning. It feels like home and the staff are magnificent.

Two of us had dinner on Wednesday 28 August at The Ivy, Norwich. We loved the joyous surroundings and the service was excellent. We were late, due to a useless sat nav, but we received a warm welcome despite this. The food was excellent, Malaysian fish curry and shepherds pie, with super desserts.

The service was ok to start with but a change of shift meant that we were left unattended which was disappointing as were celebrating my husband's birthday and I wanted to get him a variety of cocktails. I also had progress the birthday dessert which was a surprise, they gave us dessert menus which surprised me and I had to say "look at the notes, this has been pre-ordered' which ruined the surprise.

As with all of The Ivy restaurants this one didn't disappoint. Fab service and fab food. Thank you also for the little birthday treat.

We went to the branch in Harrogate recently and loved it. This disappointed. The food was not quite as good and the service was pretty poor. We were left for a good 20 minutes at one point. I tried to get the attention of the greeter as she passed and she deliberately ignored me. I am certain she heard me. It was a shame as we were looking forward to it following our previous experience.
