Excellent service and food. One of the best Ivy’s I’ve been to. The building is just jaw dropping. A really spectacular environment for a special evening out.

A wonderful lunch even though we were an hour late due to a flat tire! Delightful staff & the food was delicious. My husbands first time at The Ivy Cheltenham Thank you x We will return

Had a really lovely afternoon tea we were asked if we had any allergies and any dietary requirements and asked if we wanted water for the table. The selection of the food on offer was great and we were told what each item was we even had 2 scones each. We were informed that if there was anything we couldn't eat they could box it up for us. I've never been given that option anywhere else so did appropriate the offer also less food going to waste we also appreciated the offer of a second pot of tea. The staff were brilliant they did keep coming to check if everything was OK and if we needed anything. There was a great atmosphere the place was quite full lots of sounds of people chatting and the music in the background which only could be heard now and then when there was a dull in sound. We will definitely be going again in the future.
