Friday night. Extremely busy. There were 4 of us. Downside was our table. It came with a muttered apology about being a busy Friday as if I hadn’t booked 2 weeks ago! Set for 6 so we were spaced far apart and with the loud background noise from other diners, made conversation difficult. Then compounded by the addition of loud music (they were asked to turn it down which in fairness they did). The service could not be faulted, friendly and efficient. The food was good and the selection on the menu interesting. Will go again and hope for a better table.

Amazing food and atmosphere, service was excellent made to feel special , we went for a 60th birthday celebration. Finley our waiter was a polite young man who looked after us well . Highly recommend

Lovely evening sat in the garden. Considering we were away for the weekend and had eaten in a Michelin starred restaurant the night before, the food compared well, and the service far exceeded what we had experienced from the hotel & restaurant. The staff are a real credit to this establishment. Many thanks for an enjoyable evening.

Friday night dinner for 4. Noise level very acceptable and could have a good conversation. Food very good if expensive. Cocktails and vegan burger perfect! Young waiting staff keen to please but inexperience showed. Steak tartar not served at our eye level and so experience was a little lost. Would def revisit but could do with some service finessing to receive 5 star review.

Food excellent as always. Service not what we have come to expect at the Ivy and little attention to detail by individual who served us - menu given upside down, long wait to take dessert orders (felt like we had been forgotten), asked for bill, never came and had to ask for it again.

The entire experience was excellent. The food was of the highest standard and the service was prompt and professional. A great evening, as expected. Of course the price is correspondingly high.
