Excellent food and a great setting on the patio. Service was very slow due to being short staffed but everything else was excellent!

The Ivy is such a beautiful restaurant on the river. The customer service is exceptional and the food is absolutely delicious.

While the location and food was fantastic, we found the service could be improved. Our neighboring table was an older couple celebrating a birthday and due to poor seating planning, they were seated next to a large and loud party. In addition, the service was slow for peak Saturday dinner service which led to the couple leaving before their entree was served. For such a caliber of restaurant the IVY tries to be, you should look at taking some pointers from the book ‘unreasonable hospitality’ by will guidara. Also, the ice cream shop closes too early!

Love the Ivy! Such a great spot - excellent food, drinks and service. We hope to get back before summer is over!

Before I start I had been here many times and enjoyed all aspects But this time was a disaster We were seated inside which turned out to be very humid Next getting service was slow and when our waitress came she was very inattentive we ordered drinks 1st long time to come Then we put in our 1st and 2nd course orders the appetizers came and we just fine but that was the last we saw of our food or waitress (not even cleaning off the dirty dishes) for a half hour after a total of 1 1/2 hours we asked to have the rest of our meal cancelled they actually gave us all the appetizers for free but it took another 10 minutes for the check. I understand this restaurant has a new owner I won’t be going back

Spectacular location and view of one of the prettiest part of the 1000 islands... combined with a great décor, fantastic food and wonderful service. It's a must!

Magnificent view, great brunch and excellent service. Good vibes from both staff and guests. Went home happy.

It was my husband birthday. They sat us next to a large family party with children and next to kitchen. When asked how the veranda and window seats were assigned we were told it was by computer and hostess. There were many empty better seats when we arrived yet we sat near the busy kitchen and noise. Our meal was late coming out of the kitchen as well.

The food was delicious but slow. We waited about 30 minutes for our appetizer and over an hour for our main after our appetizer came, our server didn’t check in once in that time to check our drinks or see how we were doing.
