Excellent service as usual. Found us a table super quickly, despite the fact we had only booked for the counter as there we no table reservations left when booking. Thanking the super lovely team at the Ivy. We had a great night.

A few issues which I wouldn’t expect at an Ivy restaurant. Of all the Ivy restaurants we have visited, this is our least favourite following our experience last night. Dinner service was ruined by our waiter constantly leaning across guests and their food.

Service was really poor, waited 30 mins to be served for a drink and even then we had to ask. Had to ask 3 times to have a Diet Coke. Side salad ordered not delivered. Staff just not attentive

We went for the shepherdspie, which was very delicious especially the redwine gravey that went with it 😋

We celebrated our daughter’s 21st at The Ivy. We were made to feel so welcome and our waiter looked after us exceptionally well. A couple of errors were made with our order (there were 10 of us!) but the restaurant dealt with the issues so well and so did not impact on our lunch - a sign of a good restaurant. And the icing on the cake was how they surprised my daughter with an amazing dessert to celebrate her birthday. Thank you for making the day so special

The ambiance is one of kind. Food was excellent and many options to choose from. Service was a little slower than anticipated but great waiter.

From the states so have never been here before, ambiance was great, music was loud but playful. Hostess was very sweet and she was fast to seat us. Table we sat at was wobbly and one of the main servers or suited men said we could move to a different table. The server took a while to get to us and also told us he would be a second. We moved to one across and it was pleasant and little more comfortable as well. He took our orders and served our drinks, the person bringing the drinks totally spilled my drink on the table not all of it but he apologized but still the table had tajin all over it. After the appetizers were good, good temp and everything. We waited for our main courses for over 30-40 mins :( sadly wasn’t asked to get another drink and also was not told until last min that it was taking longer than expected, they served the main courses but my husbands was wrong no bacon in it and he ordered, the chef mentioned dessert or another drink on the house for forgetting which was nice but acceptable. We got dessert and the server gave us a box for it since we could not finish. Overall it wasn’t as great and probably wouldn’t come again maybe if the server paid for attention.
