    Immerse yourself in the magic of the season with our Festive Set Menu. Enjoy two coursed for £50 or three for £55 and delight in our show-stopping festive dishes, selection of fine wines and seasonal cocktails. Tables of 7+ must book our Group Festive Set Menu experience. Guests dining on our Festive set menu can choose between two or three courses for lunch, available from 11:30am - 6:30pm.     We booked a specific menu on the notes of the booking that on the day was not available because they had removed it. When they called to confirm the booking, nothing was mentioned of the menu removal. Providing this information in advance would have been key as we would have gone somewhere else. The response from the waiter when we asked about this,was that it had nothing to do with them. And that they had made sure it was fully removed from that day onwards. In my opinion, service could be a lot better and I would have expected the staff to honor the booking.

    The food was amazing as always, but our waitress was to pushy. It felt like we are in a rush to eat and drink so we have to leave quickly. I don’t like this kind of service

    I have a nut allergy and I put it in the box when booked I then told the staff twice I was eating a chicken roast when my lip started swelling I spat the food out and my husband checked plate there was raw almonds on plate x thankgod I never swallowed rinsed mouth took antihistamine but never had to use Epi pen If this had been a child or someone that swallowed it could have been a lot worse I love the ivy They must train there staff and staff must check esp chef and listen They knew I had a allergy told them three times x They must remove raw nuts from menu

    At the end of the night, we saw a mouse in the main dining area next to our table. Needless to say, will never go back.
