    It was a birthday booking. There was no time between starters and main course. Waiters had no idea what they were serving and to whom. The food was OK but small portions especially mine. Nowhere in the booking - at least I did not see it - that we had to leave the table at a certain time.Not to mention the fact that I am disabled and was celebrating my 70th birthday we were literally thrown out by a rude young lady. Shame on you.

    Lovely restaurant. Nice atmosphere with great food . Had the fish curry and apple tart for desert .

    The team at the Ivy made us feel very welcome for the duration of our time there. The food was excellent (especially the salmon crumpet).

    Little bit of a wait for pre lunch drinks was disappointing as it was a glass of bubbly that was eventually served after our starter! Food was lovely, extremely noisy but thats usual!

    After we were served the starters we waited about 45 minutes before we had to remind the waiter that we were still waiting for the mains to be served , no explanation or apology was given. We had to rush our lunch as we had to go back in the office. Not a good experience this time

    First time experience of The Ivy and was pleasantly surprised. Food choice was good and cooked really well. Service was attentive and not overbearing. Overall a really nice experience and would go back again.. I had soup and burger..my wife had skewer and burger and two or 3 cocktails of course

    Booked a birthday breakfast. Food was lovely (always is) but service was unfortunately not great on this occasion. The table was never cleared. It was my birthday and even though I don’t mind not getting a birthday cake with candle my daughters were upset as it’s almost expected at this point (celebrated a lot of birthdays here). It was busy but lots of staff around but not clearing or even asking if we wanted or needed anything else. Could easily had ordered another round of drinks but we got bored just sitting there so asked for the bill - which had one item incorrect, bill sorted and paid and the table was still not cleared. I’m quite disappointed and underwhelmed to be honest. May need to rethink the birthday breakfast venue.
