    This was the first time we had been to the Ivy in Harrogate and it didn't disappoint. From the minute we walked through the door we were met and greeted by friendly and attentative staff. The service was excellent and the food was divine, we will definitely be returning.

    Really wonderful lunch and the lunch menu was really good this time. Only issue no pan fried haddock

    This was our first visit to The Ivy and we will definitely be coming back. The restaurant is beautiful, the food fantastic and the service is second to none. Highly recommend

    We were in the garden room outside and we had to ask for someone to serve our starters that had been put on the side but not served. Live music was lovely but too loud and we had to ask for the volume, from the speakers, to be turned down. There were not many people in that area but we genuinely felt abandoned at times. It was 3 hours for lunch which worked for us as we were with friends we hadn’t seen for a while. We had heard the service had been poor recently and I suppose we experienced it!!

    Lovely setting but sadly the food was only okay for the price, and service did not match expectations Hot food on cold plates will never get recommended Had to ask several times for sauces before they arrived. Four of the seven meals returned but were replaced unfortunately it meant three of us ate ahead of the others

    Had an amazing dinner for mums birthday, we were looked after from start to finish by the lovely staff, the chocolate bomb is to die for. We always choose the Ivy and it never lets us down, and last night was as good as always.
