I took my wife and son for an evening meal - the food was lovely as normal and staff were very friendly and attentive. Looking forward to my next visit to the Ivy already.

The Ivy Exeter has lost its way. It’s the poor cousin of the Ivy chain. The man I assume to be manager looks like he slept in his car. Service was very lack lustre with poorly drilled staff and no supervision. Wine was warm, food not very hot. So having been a loyal customer for many years, I’m now going to go elsewhere sadly.
