Love the restaurant but I have to say same poor but much smaller portions and more expensive

The food was very good and the service was great. Really enjoyed my cocktail and my meal! Next time we are visiting Dublin we will come again!

We had a very enjoyable meal there with American relations they were very impressed with the decor of the place roast of the day was very tasty and good value staff very helpful

The staff were exceptionally busy on a Saturday night which is understandable, but we did feel a bit forgotten for most of the night by our waiter. My wife was celebrating her birthday which i informed the restaurant in advance about. They did offer a free chef’s small dessert after we’d already finished our dinner and dessert, but with what we spent that night i would’ve imagined comping our main dessert or a drink would’ve been in better taste. Our server recommended a very lovely wine which we were happy about, but overall he could’ve been a bit more friendly and made us feel a bit welcomed. Also our table was almost certainly put at random in the middle of a main walkway section just to accommodate the busy queue of bookings. The vibrancy was great, so this didn’t really affect us having a good night, but it was a bit awkward. Our two chairs were also different heights, luckily I’m tall so i was able to sit in the chair with the low seat but it was a bit awkward being at different heights. You couldn’t fault the food or drinks at all, all were delicious

Enjoyed a lovely meal in the Ivy Restaurant today. Menu choices were excellent, food was beautifully presented. Service was excellent, would have no hesitation in recommending the Ivy restaurant.

We had booked a table for 6.30, which wasn’t ready until nearly 7.00. Food was delicious and the service was excellent. Restaurant was extremely noisy, it was difficult to have a conversation at our table. There were 3 of us dining and our table consisted of two tables put together, however the tables were different heights. There was at least a 3 inch height difference.

The service was excellent. I understand it was an exceptionally busy night with the Rubgy game but reservation was for 5:15pm, we didn’t get seated until 5:50pm. Beautiful place with lovely ambience.
