    I have always loved IVY but only ever been to the Wimbledon and Richmond branches. Cobham one has blown us away. It’s beautiful, relaxing and the ambience is luxury. Service was fantastic. Safe to say we will be back again and again

    We were dining to celebrate my parents 60th wedding anniversary. We were made to feel very welcome and my parents said they felt like VIP’s you couldn’t ask for more than that. We have eaten at the Ivy Cobham together before and I’ve been many times, but the thing we’ve noticed that singles this restaurant out is that the food and service is so consistently excellent. The staff are all attentive but not overly so and this is a balance that many restaurants do not achieve. The dining experience is very satisfying the menus are diverse enough that you don’t get bored but consistent enough that you can go to your favourites if you don’t fancy a change. We would all highly recommend booking to eat here whether it’s for a casual or formal occasion.

    Waiting staff were polite but clearly inexperienced - pouring whole glasses of wine, forgetting items or not prompting about sauces etc, and at times hard to find to request things like table water refills. Overall good service but just lacking a bit of experience with table waiting. Main courses came out before we had finished starters - again just have the waitress ask when would we like the main to come out. Two of the four ribeye’s were totally overcooked - asking for a medium rare and it comes out as medium well just isn’t upto standard. Mash potatoes was quite thick and starchy.

    This is a lovely place, very happy we booked. They even treated us to a complimentary dessert as we celebrated my husband's birthday.

    Fabulous evening at The Ivy, food was delicious, service was great & we loved sitting in the beautiful garden. It was a special dinner with my sisters and so we wanted to go somewhere reliably good - The Ivy always delivers. 2 of us had blackened cod & the other sister who is celiac & vegetarian chose the halloumi - all were delicious. We drank Whispering Angel rosé and had crème brûlée & truffles for dessert. Highly recommend this restaurant.

    Traditional dishes done well and a great buzzy atmosphere, all in all a nice evening as a couple or a group.
