Booked Autumn offer. Excellent food, however we were given the wrong menu twice and had to ask for the drink that was part of the offer after being served our starter. One member of staff was unpleasant with poor service which made what should have been a celebration a disappointing experience. That said 2 other servers were friendly and provided good service.

Lovely vibrant Sunday lunch with both live music and a DJ, keeping the venue alive. The food was great, visually appealing as well as tasty. There was a minor issue with part of the food order but was rectified immediately, the service was really high end. With all the flora and fauna decorating the room, it was a pretty and calm restaurant. We ate from the Brunch menu - there was a cheaper set course menu available if diners would prefer but we were happy with the a la carte options. Will definitely go back, thanks team!

Went at 1100 on a Sunday. Took over 30 minutes for coffee to arrive, we needed more milk (no cream as per the menu) and had to ask three times and wait another 30 minutes for this to arrive. One of the group asked for a children's menu, this took so long to arrive that the adults received their food before we could order for the little one - despite trying to get the staff's attention. At one point (before we left at around 1300) the music was turned on really loudly and the lights were turned down, not sure what atmosphere they were trying to create. Food was good and it's a lovely restaurant, shame they don't have enough staff, or they don't allow staff to do multiple roles - person in the suit didn't want to take orders, person delivering the food didn't seem to be allowed to take orders, so it was quite chaotic.

We love the Ivy chain, each one is different but the food and the excellent staff are the same😊. Were ever We go in the country We look for a Ivy because We know what We are getting, it's the great atmosphere and brilliant staff.

Wonderful food, service and decor. The set menu was very good value with lots of lovely options to choose from.

Such a good experience, was able to book about an hour in advance which was great. Would recommend the Fish and Chips, classic British food. Good quality wines.

The food was very good value for money, especially with the 19.17 menu. The venue is very nice. The staff is friendly is professional. I will be returning.

Great lunchtime menu. Good portions and very well presented. The best food I've had an an Ivy restaurant! Hopefully they will now ensure their staff receive their entitled service charges, in line with new law from Oct 1st

Unfortunately the service was very slow. It was not busy when i got in there but became very busy. The food was fantastic, the staff made one feel like you’re very lucky to be there and I waited for at least 15 minutes before anybody came to the table to even ask if f I’d like a drink. The food came fairly quickly. It was just ordering and waiting for the bill and trying to get somebody’s attention. Disappointing.
