The Private Room at The Ivy Chelsea Garden seats 30 on one long table, or 24 on three round tables of 8, and is available for breakfast, lunch and dinner, as well as drinks and canapé receptions for 50 guests, 7 days a week.Decorated in a similar style to The Ivy Chelsea Garden, the walls of The Private Room are adorned with colourful vintage botanical prints and sumptuous floral artwork. The bespoke patterned white Carrara and Fior de Pesco grey marble tiled flooring, eclectic mix of vintage dining chairs upholstered with bold floral and palm printed fabric and hanging gilt leaf pendants add a touch of glamour to the room.With a selection of menus available, specially created by our Executive Chef, Sean Burbidge, The Private Room is equally as suited to private parties and wedding celebrations as it is for corporate breakfasts, lunches and dinners. There is a beautiful marble top private bar decorated with bevelled antique mirror panels and trimmed brass.

Immerse yourself in the magic of the season with our Festive Set Menu. Enjoy two courses for £55 or three for £60 and delight in our show-stopping festive dishes, selection of fine wines and seasonal cocktails. Tables of 7+ must book our Group Festive Set Menu experience. Guests dining on our Festive set menu can choose between two or three courses for lunch, available from 11:30am - 6:30pm. I have always loved this Ivy. However the reservation process was horrendous. We had to beg them to put two tables together as we were 9 people. Two of the reservation ladies on the phone could not have been any more rude and inhospitable. At the end the bill was 700 pounds the food was good but the experience of getting seated properly put a damper on the whole holiday dining experience for my family and friends. Could not help but wonder if the two reservation specialists behavior was racially motivated?!?

Excellent service. Festive atmosphere for the holidays. We chose different items on the festive set menu. Food was ok but nothing to write home about.

Delightful Afternoon Tea session, I feel we got a really good deal for our price, plus we were put in a gorgeous area of the restaraunt with plant life and warm lighting.

Brilliant experience from the moment we arrived at the restaurant. The service was outstanding. The food was served quickly and was delicious. Although a little expensive it was well worth it. Highly recommend this restaurant.

Because this is the Christmas period it was busy as everywhere and loud as everywhere but still they were able to manage everything in order. Usually enjoyed.

I had the best experience ever with my family for the Christmas season, the food, desserts, drinks, christmas specials and crackers were really high quality and fresh and tasty! What topped the experience was the kind and respectful staff, who we enjoyed talking to every time they came to our table to serve us and help clean up. This was the best Ivy we have ever been to, highly recommend it for a fabulous London evening :)
