The Private Room at The Ivy Chelsea Garden seats 30 on one long table, or 24 on three round tables of 8, and is available for breakfast, lunch and dinner, as well as drinks and canapé receptions for 50 guests, 7 days a week.Decorated in a similar style to The Ivy Chelsea Garden, the walls of The Private Room are adorned with colourful vintage botanical prints and sumptuous floral artwork. The bespoke patterned white Carrara and Fior de Pesco grey marble tiled flooring, eclectic mix of vintage dining chairs upholstered with bold floral and palm printed fabric and hanging gilt leaf pendants add a touch of glamour to the room.With a selection of menus available, specially created by our Executive Chef, Sean Burbidge, The Private Room is equally as suited to private parties and wedding celebrations as it is for corporate breakfasts, lunches and dinners. There is a beautiful marble top private bar decorated with bevelled antique mirror panels and trimmed brass.

Good lunch place but nothing special. Host during check in a bit snobby but our waiter was kind and attentive. Shame they out of the wine we wanted to order

We had an excellent evening at the ivy Chelsea. The standard of food was exceptional but what made the evening was the service. Our waitress Katie was so attentive and friendly and also the manager (he looked liked cillian Murphy!! So that’s what we called him!!) were both a credit to the restaurant and went above and beyond to make our dining experience the best

Lovely breakfast in delightful surroundings. The lady at reception was so welcoming & smiley. Our service was attentive.

It a Ivy does what it says on the tin, probably not the world best food, but still very nice, but as a whole packet, it takes a lot of beating, I vist probably once a month, mainly London but also been to York and Bath, what I like is the service and the decor is different in each one.

We had a lovely experience. We booked a dinner date. This venue has a superb atmosphere and the food was really good. The service was fantastic too, friendly and fast - and this sets it apart from other venues I have visited. Will definitely be back.

Have been to the Ivy many times but the experience this time was awful. Ordered the eggs Royale however the muffin was as hard as a rock and the chips were a dark unappealing colour oversaturated in oil had to leave most of them. It was also extremely noisy inside and could not hear my friend talk.
