The Starters were great, the chicken milanese main course was not special in comparison. Service was very slow compared to the kitchen. It took ages to order and receive our drinks, but the food came very fast once ordered.

The food was absolutely delicious and the pricing is always fair. It's a fabulous location too. Been many times - it's my favourite place in Guildford.

Poached eggs were overcooked on both mine and my friend’s breakfast and looked extremely overdone on the table next to us.

This was a special birthday breakfast and was left very disappointed. Food was ok but service wasn’t. Our friend left flowers and they were just thrown on the table by the staff. Didn’t say who brought them or anything. Dining at the Ivy is supposed to make you feel special but we felt rushed and as if we were an inconvenience. Don’t think we’ll be going back to the Ivy castle again.

A wonderful experience from start to finish. Delicious food and brilliant service from everyone we encountered. It was my mum’s birthday and we were surprised with a complimentary special dessert with candle. Very thoughtful.
