    Have always liked the ambience and service you get at The Ivy restaurants. My only real gripe as happened once before, is sometimes the food isn’t always piping hot. Having complained in a previous Ivy they do go out of their way to rectify and replace which I do appreciate. This visit to Cambridge always very nice, but ordered same dish as partner, both came up at same time, and although it was acceptable mine was not as hot as my partners and if I’m being honest I couldn’t be bothered to mention. But next time I visit, I will make a point when I order to say that it needs to be hotter?

    The venue was very well decorated. The front of house friendly, professional and attentive. The waiting staff were also attentive and checked on us regularly. The 2 course menu was good

    Great ambience. Food OK but not value for money. Service was average but we felt like just another table to serve rather than any real interest being shown.

    We don't get together very often but when we do we always lunch at The Ivy. We enjoy the level of attentive but discreet service, the ambience and of course the food. A fair price too. We've been before and we'll go again.

    We visit the Ivy in Cambridge several times a year do treats / special occasions. Their food is outstanding but it’s their service that makes this restaurant an experience. Their staff are friendly, efficient and very professional. We love coming here and will continue to do so!

    Extremely helpful staff. My friend is blind and you all went the extra mile to give enough space for her guide dog. Our waitress was delightful. So polite and again very helpful . The food was very good with good service. The ambience was also good.

    A good steak cooked well but the extras are expensive and the wine list overpriced. The service is good. It does have the advantage of being open till late including on Sunday evening

    My daughter and I had an excellent afternoon tea. One was a vegan version. Both were delicious and served beautifully. The service was amazing, couldn’t fault it. I would recommend this experience highly!

    We had a lovely pre/post 50th birthdays and wedding anniversary meal. Staff were friendly, food was fantastic. They even acknowledged our celebrations. Highly recommend
