    We visit the Ivy in Cambridge several times a year do treats / special occasions. Their food is outstanding but it’s their service that makes this restaurant an experience. Their staff are friendly, efficient and very professional. We love coming here and will continue to do so!

    Extremely helpful staff. My friend is blind and you all went the extra mile to give enough space for her guide dog. Our waitress was delightful. So polite and again very helpful . The food was very good with good service. The ambience was also good.

    A good steak cooked well but the extras are expensive and the wine list overpriced. The service is good. It does have the advantage of being open till late including on Sunday evening

    My daughter and I had an excellent afternoon tea. One was a vegan version. Both were delicious and served beautifully. The service was amazing, couldn’t fault it. I would recommend this experience highly!

    We had a lovely pre/post 50th birthdays and wedding anniversary meal. Staff were friendly, food was fantastic. They even acknowledged our celebrations. Highly recommend

    I like the fact that the Ivy chain is always consistently good across the board. I can always rely on it as a go to.

    Lovely food, lovely service!! Had a voucher for afternoon tea but the voucher did not cover the cost of the afternoon tea. Price has gone up for afternoon tea, but voucher valid for a year from purchase. Totally ridiculous, amend this issue The Ivy!!

    We had such a lovely time, felt special as soon as we arrived. It was our wedding anniversary and they made us a special anniversary dessert. The food was all delicious, nothing that was not lovely
