Immerse yourself in the magic of the season with our Festive Set Menu. Enjoy two courses for £55 or three for £60 and delight in our show-stopping festive dishes, selection of fine wines and seasonal cocktails. Tables of 7+ must book our Group Festive Set Menu experience. Guests dining on our Festive set menu can choose between two or three courses for lunch, available from 11:30am - 6:30pm. Always is a pleasure to go there but this time the girl at the reception wasn’t very helpful. I arrived a bit late as the weather was horrendous! Was the day of the storm Darragh And I was with a 3 years old, I didn’t received any help not even with the door ! Other than that all was good

Very Poor and slow service. Beef over cooked Thimble of gravy and took 20 minutes to bring more and some horseradish sauce (at least they had some this time) Not what is expected at this price point, or any price point for that matter.

It was my Wife’s Birthday and she is a long time supporter of the Ivy unfortunately the service from reception let them down and us greatly. Due to an unknown/ suspected table mix up we were subject to an accelerated meal which before our two hour slot was up we were requested to leave our table. The surprise delivery of our bill and the young lady from reception stating awkwardly that the table was needed as people were waiting at the door !!!!!! and that we should pay the bill straight away. The manager was very apologetic on our way out when we explained how disappointed we were and said we would be compensated accordingly. We paid the service charge as the initial young lady who was obviously under pressure to serve us quickly was very good. Overall 3 stars reflects the inability of one member of staffs poor customer management skills and not stating her problem from the start. Otherwise great food as ever.

Very poor service where we waited 30 mins after being seated to order a drink and food came after an hour. Food was fine but poor service took the edge off it.
