We booked the Ivy as part of our wedding anniversary weekend in Tunbridge Wells. The greeting was very friendly including the hostess wishing us a happy anniversary, as did our waitress. The staff are very professional, well trained, and friendly. The ambience is very good and we were seated in a comfortable corner table. The standard menu has changed little over the years and has been the same at each of the different Ivy restaurants we have visited. The evening was enjoyable except for the delay in serving one of the side dishes which didn't arrive until we were half way through our meal and then only after we had asked the waitress whether she had in fact ordered it. The meal ended with our being given a 'happy anniversary' delicacy, a nice touch, thank you.

Beautiful venue, super clean. High quality all round. A couple of times I felt we were left a little longer than usual before an empty glass of whatnot was addressed. The veggie option wasn’t as strong as previous experiences, not sure artichokes belong in a tagine, they were a bit hard. But my fellow diners chicken dish looked fantastic.

The meal was nice. However we went for the Halloween evening but the staff didn’t seem to know what it was as it had been marketed online but didn’t follow through apart from some of the staff having face paints. Food was good but it is a bit pricey.

Spent my birthday here with my husband and eldest daughter. Service was greatly improved since my last visit, food and drinks were great and a nice surprise chocolate cake at the end topped it all off nicely!

Always good. Not fine dining but they do what they do very well. Set menu very good value and some sensible wine available. Very helpful and pleasant server.

We were rushed out from our table and asked to drink up so that they could have the table for the next guests. We had only been seated for an hour and a half and only had 2 courses. This wouldn't have allowed time for 3 courses and coffees. The extra time we would have spent having drinks were therefore spent elsewhere, where we were allowed to enjoy a relaxed time there, without being rushed out the door. 4th visit to Tunbridge Wells Ivy and unfortunately the worst experience.

We had the email for the autumn menu so decided to come But sea bad had run out but no fish alternative after insisting on so the thing fished based 2 of our party had fish cakes considerably lower dish than sea bass. The pudding course no sticky toffee pudding agin run out but replaced by crème brûlée If you advertise specials they need to have enough or a considered replacement. Overall what we had was very good. Wine by the glass very pricey
