I'm not usually a fan of The Ivy Blackheath because it all seems too densely packed together with little room. However, this time we had a table with a good amount of room around us, the food was delicious and our server was excellent; she was helpful, polite and knowledgeable.

The food was very disappointing. I even had to send a starter back - goat cheese salad it was really not eatable. I don’t know if they changed the chef or something but even rest of the things we ordered just wasn’t that great which was surprising to us because we have been here many times before and always enjoyed the food. The waitress was really nice and understanding. We have spent over £150 and I can’t say it was worth it.

Such a wonderful breakfast for my mums 60th Birthday. The Ivy treated my mum to a lovely birthday surprise and made the morning very special. Thanks so much

Thank you for such a lovely celebration lunch! Our waiter was so friendly and warm, and the food was delicious. We also really appreciated the birthday desserts for our party - it made them feel very special.

From the hostess at reception to the waiters everyone was superb. Their warm, welcoming professional attitude made my mum’s birthday a lovely one - particularly as they arranged a treat for her. The food was great, generous, so thank you and the only criticism was the Italian Rose - was a little sharp. But otherwise a lovely experience and we will be returning to try more of the amazing looking menu!
