French onion Soup was cold. I wish I had the confidence to say but I always struggle to complain. The shepherds pie was tiny portion and I certainly did not feel full. Served with no vegetables which I think is poor. I feel a meal is not complete without vegetables and £6 for a portion of broccoli is excessive. I did not order out of principle. Dessert was poor as well £6 for 6 chocolate caramel balls very(sweets from a bag) , definitely not a home made dessert) generally very dissatisfied with the quality of the food. Service and ambience very nice though. Won’t be back for food, will return for drinks

It is a lovely restaurant very relaxing. Staff are very helpful and polite. The food was lovely and a nice choice of good. Food was well prepared and served quickly. Compliments to the chef

This was a first visit for us. The booking process was straightforward, with a reminder and a chance to confirm in advance. The restaurant itself is lovely, with a real "salon dining" feel, and an attention to detail that adds to the atmosphere. Our waiter was excellent and offered us good advice on our order. The service was attentive but at no point intrusive. The food was delicious and our lunch deal was excellent value. All in all a lovely experience, and certainly one to repeat!

We were at the Ivy for 2 special birthdays for our daughters. We all had a great day and the food was lovely but we thought the service was awful and did not say anything as I didn’t want to spoil the day for the girls. The girl serving didn’t crack a smile consistently came over to tell us that we had to vacate the table when I was not told there was a time slot when I booked. I said thanks that’s fine then 5 minutes later she would come over again!!!! Very rude and annoying and to top it off they added a £26 service charge which there’s no way we would have left this amount due to bad service but maybe this is why they add on the charge. Saying this we did not let that spoil the day 🎂

Or first time St this particular location and absolutely loved it. Greet menu with really nice variety. Everything was simply delicious. Great presentations and timing of service. This will be on our list whenever we’re back in Glasgow.
