    Very disappointing experience, not what I am used to having being a regular customer over the years... Waitress was new, inexperienced and didn't really care about customer service. Took forever to get our drinks but food was ok. It was a special celebration and the whole experience just made us feel we should have gone somewhere else which is a pity as the service has always been excellent on my previous visits.

    My first visit, wowed by the excellent, slick and friendly service - our server Alice was exceptional- great menu recommendations, super friendly and attentive. A real credit to the restaurant. The whole team made our experience one to remember. The food was delicious and beautifully presented. The atmosphere ( great dj) added to an already wonderful night. As the owner of a small boutique hotel, I understand and appreciate great food, service and surroundings- and the hard work it takes to achieve this consistently. Thank you again , we can't wait to come back next trip to Glasgow.

    First time at Glasgow's The Ivy, we are regulars at London and have visited York also. It was a warm welcome as soon as we walked in. The staff, food and venue were all first class. We were visiting Glasgow for a concert which was cancelled at short notice, but our time at The Ivy cheered us up after our 5 hour drive!
