Our waitress was Jess in The Brasserie and she was absolutely fantastic. A real credit and ambassador for The Ivy Manchester.

Our overall experience was somewhat disappointing our table waiter George was welcoming and amiable but we felt he’s was overrun due to covering to many tables resulting in not getting the attention one would expect i.e. delay in trying to order extra drinks and when having done a delay in arriving to the table. On service of the main meal one was not as ordered causing a delay to others starting their meals. The steak that was served also felt temperature wise had been resting to long . Ambience was excellent as were the staff just a shame we had these other problems.

We were late in being seated so had a few drinks in the bar which they kindly comped. Food and service was lovely

Great place to eat in the centre of Manchester. Good selection of meals and drinks at affordable prices. Fantastic decor and lively atmosphere.

Waiters and service were good, building was really nice inside. Food was unfortunately bang average and nowhere near worth the inflated price. Not somewhere I would visit again for food.
