Immerse yourself in the magic of the season with our Festive Set Menu. Enjoy two courses for £50 or three for £55 and delight in our show-stopping festive dishes, selection of fine wines and seasonal cocktails. Tables of 7+ must book our Group Festive Set Menu experience. Guests dining on our Festive set menu can choose between two or three courses for lunch, available from 11:30am - 6:30pm. The table wasn't ready at our booked time, they had run out of menus for cocktails when we waited, the wait to order was very long due to way too many tables and not enough staff. We had a very friendly waiter but oh how he worked hard to cater for way too many tables. The food was so-so, the starter (prawn and lobster cocktail) arrived withing minutes and, while beautifullt presented, was so cold that it was clear this had been prepared and chilled hours ago. The salad in the bottom had ice cold mushy tomatoes and had an odd metallic flavour to it. Not tasty at all. The steak arrived without the sauces we ordered, but that was remedied in a couple of minutes. The steak was nicely cooked and the sauce tasty. Unfortunately, our wine we ordered at the same time as the food arrived when we had just a few bites left. The cheese plate and creme brulee were both nice. Overall, this was absolutely not worth over £300 for two, and we will not return. They clearly don't have the staff to cater for a full restaurant so they shouldn't book up all the tables. A disappointing experience.

Amazing! Excellent Eggs Benedict and super coffee. The Ivy never fails to deliver and delight.

Food order pre-placed as afternoon tea. Pre-ordered dietary needs not delivered and server had to be asked. They did apologise for the error. Generally the service throughout the time we were there wasn't the normal Ivy standard. Staff looked like Christmas had caught up with them and they were running on fumes.

Food is always great, but the service was really second rate, which is very unusual. Shouldn’t have to wait 25 mins to order your first drink!

Food seemed a little less choice than I’d have liked and not cooked brilliantly. Chicken was slightly over done.

Beautiful restaurant with great interior. Food up to the Ivy standard with great selection. Service good but not outstanding on this occasion. Still a favourite.
