Serving theatrical drinks and cocktails late into the night alongside a delicious menu of Asian-inspired dishes. The vibrant and playful destination entertains, inspires and excites guests from the moment they step inside.

Our dress code is smart-casual and quite relaxed. We just ask that the general look does not appear too sporty i.e. tracksuits/football shirts/baseball caps. Smart trainers are allowed. We do not allow flip flops to be worn.

Honestly the whole experience was just a little disappointing. I’d booked for our anniversary and as instructed by the booking confirmation arrived at our allotted time as we were advised if we were more than 15minutes late we’d forfeit our table. Upon arrival the receptionist advised our table was not ready and asked us to stand aside for a few minutes as they readied After 20minutes of standing by the front door we asked the reception if everything was ok and they seemed a little confused by what we meant. When we asked if the table was ready yet they told us they’d check and made a call, we were told unfortunately it wasn’t but we could now wait at the bar. At this stage I was a bit embarrassed as this wasn’t the surprise anniversary experience I’d planned for my partner but we rolled with it. At the bar an apology was made that our table wasn’t yet ready and a manager offered us a free drink which was appreciated. When we got to our table the waiter provided us menus, I explained we’d reserved the « Experience Menu », at this stage I assumed my notes about it being an anniversary hadn’t made it to the staff either which was fine. The waiter then asked did we want the « cheaper or more expensive experience « we chose the « cheaper » which we thought was a strange way to present the menu. They then kindly wished us a happy anniversary which proved us wrong on our thoughts about my notes not arriving. The food was fantastic, we thoroughly enjoyed it. Some of the staff who brought it out were very friendly, some it felt like they would have thrown the plates on the table if they could. The venue was busy when we arrived which combined with the DJ did mean it was hard to hold a conversation, I appreciate there is not much the restaurant can do about being popular. Overall a disappointing experience on a night I’d hoped to make my other half feel special. We felt a bit more an inconvenience than taken care of.

Food was delicious and atmosphere was energetic but the service was not up to the standard that I expect from a restaurant like The Ivy Asia. The service was not very attentive service, food did not come out all at the same time for each course and general lack of friendliness and smiling staff (including at the downstairs reception) and staff also all spoke very quietly. Overall a good evening, but let down by service - a real shame as we had overseas visitors with us.

Really bad service, we didn’t have an assigned waitress, just a lady with black suit in a very bad mood. Your customer service is getting worse.

Dined mid week lunchtime and still some issues when arriving at the main entrance. You need to give your details to the main desk and then have to wait until a server upstairs is available to lead you to your table. Can be a few minutes waiting and a bit frustrating when with clients. The table is available, but I assume the server is not? The food is consistent and tasty, but service can be a bit hit and miss. We had the next table's dishes placed on ours by mistake and had to let the waiter know to remove them. This happens, but our drinks order was also slightly wrong? Overall a nice restaurant and always busy and popular, but just a few and continuous underling problems and it would be great if they could rethink the front desk experience.

I had the bbq pork buns, grilled salmon and the Sakura & lychee martini which were all delicious. I was disappointed with the sphere dessert though, couldn’t taste the chocolate mousse and the outer chocolate was very hard. Excellent service from Sadia, she was very lovely. I would recommend eating here, I would just try a different dessert next time.

We went with two small children and staff was really forthcoming towards our children. The food was amazing . Definitely will come back again.

Very good food on the whole, but service was non existent and worst ever experienced in an Ivy collection. Very disappointed. It just felt like a churn of tables and really nothing special. No one dedicated server, mixture of people. Not once were we asked about drinks - quite astonishing.

Celebrated my wife’s birthday dinner . Ivy Asia was amazing, food was great and the whole atmosphere was amazing. Service was a bit poor as waiter forgot some of our orders so had to wait, told at reception if you can bring a cake with a candle and this was forgotten too
